We were having issues with our shower handle dropping whenever we pulled it to take a shower. I called BC Plumbing, and I’m so glad I did! Upon inspection, they discovered that the handle had been soldered or welded onto the cartridge. My technician, Byron, was gracious, knowledgeable, and well-prepared. He quickly grabbed a hacksaw, freed the handle from the cartridge, and successfully installed a new cartridge and handle. When they say, “We Can Do That!” they’re not kidding! Their prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend BC Plumbing, they’re awesome!
